Language Settings

Wie kann ich die Sprache auf der Website ändern?

Momentan ist unsere Website nur auf Englisch verfügbar. Wir geben jedoch unser Bestes, sie innerhalb der nächsten Tage auf Deutsch, Französisch und Italienisch zu übersetzen!

Comment puis-je changer la langue sur le site web?

Actuellement, notre site web est uniquement disponible en anglais. Cependant, nous faisons de notre mieux pour le traduire en allemand, en français et en italien dans les prochains jours!

How can I change the language on the website?

Currently, our website is only available on English. However, we're doing our best to translate it to German, French and Italian within the next few days!

Products

Are your products authentic?

Yes – all our products are directly sourced from official stationery wholesalers in Japan and are authentic.

I am looking for a specific Japanese stationery product that you don't have yet. Can I suggest products to you?

Yes please! If you have specific products you would like to see in our store, send us an email to info@kawaiistationery.ch. We will do our best to adjust our product range to our customers' needs and wishes.

Where are your products manufactured?

Most of our products are designed in Japan, and also made locally in Japan – with some exceptions. If you have questions about where the products are produced, contact us at info@kawaiistationery.ch. We are happy to help you.

Orders

When will I get my order?

We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Depending on the shipping method you have chosen, your order will arrive in 1-2 business days (Priority Shipping) or 3-5 business days (Standard Shipping) after your order confirmation.

What is your return policy?

We offer a voluntary return option within 14 days after receiving the products.

The products must remain unopened, unused, have the original packaging and be in resalable condition.

Please contact us at info@kawaiistationery.ch before returning products, we will help you from there.

Please note that the initial shipping costs and return shipping costs need to be paid by the customer and will not be refunded.

I received the wrong item. What can I do?

We are very sorry! Please send us an email at info@kawaiistationery.ch with a picture and a description of the problem. We're happy to help you from there.

My package should have been delivered but I cannot find it in my mailbox. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Please check with your neighbors if the package has been delivered to the wrong person. If this is not the case, it was most likely stolen – please contact a local police office.

kawaii stationery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after handing them over to the shipping provider. We recommend to add the Signature option to ensure a smooth delivery.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we ship our products exclusively to addresses in Switzerland. International shipping may be available in the future.

Which shipping methods do you have?

All available products are directly shipped from our warehouse in Zürich. Items that are not in stock need to be shipped from Japan to Switzerland, which can take up to 2 weeks.

All orders are shipped by Swiss Post with the following shipping options:

- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): CHF 7.95
- Priority Shipping (1-2 business days): CHF 9.50
- Standard + Signature (3-5 business days): CHF 9.45
- Priority + Signature (1-2 business days): CHF 11.00

You can choose your preferred shipping method in the checkout process.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been handed over to the Swiss Post. We recommend choosing the signature option to ensure a smooth delivery.

Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for re-shipping packages when they are returned to us (e.g. wrong address, no recipient found, etc.). Please make sure to check your name and address during the checkout process to avoid this situation!

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes – we offer free Standard Shipping within Switzerland for orders over CHF 60 (after discounts).

Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for re-shipping packages when they are returned to us (e.g. wrong address, no recipient found, etc.). Please make sure to check your name and address during the checkout process to avoid this situation!

Can I pick up my order?

Currently, we do not offer any pickup at our location. We will let you know if we start offering in-person pick-up in the future.
